For creating employment for the local women, an extensive colour fish Cultivation project was arranged. The association set up the Saradayan Women Colour Fish Cultivation Society with affiliation from the Govt. of West Bengal. The Administrative two stored building was built with the funds granted from the M.P. Lads Fund of Mr. Lakshman Seth, Hon’ble M.P. Lok Sabha.
