undersigned, are senior citizens of Moyna Block in PurbaMedinipur District of West Bengal. With due honour and most humble appeal, we beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that we, the
We are retired employees of Dept. of Mass Education Extension and Dept. of Health & Family Welfare Dept. Govt. of West Bengal. During our service period, in 1990 we established a voluntary organisation "MoynaRamkrishnayan Association" for social services and community development. Through this Organisation, multifaceted education, health and rehabilitation programmes have been running continuously for long 35 years. As the recognition of our social works, the Govt. of West Bengal awarded us with the State Award of Best Organisation in 2012.
It is also worth noting that individually outstanding contribution for National Award received from Govt. of India in 2012 and another person State Award received from Govt. of West Bengal in 2014.
These recognitions have increased our responsibility and sincerity of serving the suffering people. Our MoynaRamkrishnayan Association is now running projects approved by Govt. of West Bengal- 1. Primary and Upper Primary English Medium School for the children of the economically weaker families and backward families and 2. Yoga and Naturopathy Training and Treatment Centre for the health services to community people in minimum cost. (3) Community Hall cum Rehab Centre for inclusive education. But, we are suffering from the lack of accommodation for the smooth running of the three projects. For that purpose, we urgent need three separate buildings, a school van and an ICU Ambulance.
In this situation, I earnestly request you to consider our most humble prayer to the kind and benevolent persons like you to oblige us by rendering your company CSR Fund to complete these three projects in the interest of our rural community people.
